Pi, Cell Block Tango & St. Patrick's Celebration

Today is a very special day.. not only is it Pi Day but it's the Ultimate Pi Day as this day only happens once in lifetime (well unless you live over 100 years old). Today is 3/14/15 and at 9:26:53am the number is 3.141592653... Of course this only works in the US and they way we format our time and date, but it's pretty cool.

Came across this and thought it was pretty great. It's the "Cell Block Tango" number from the musical Chicago but it's done by an all male cast. Check it out..

During the evening I went to my buddy Will's annual Saint Patrick's Day celebration. He goes all out and makes corned beef and cabbage and serves it with soda bread. Last year I missed it as I was actually in Dublin on Saint Patrick's Day. The hat I'm wearing in the picture I purchased in Dublin to wear around that city on that day.

The Party was great, lots of people, most I didn't know but a few of my friends showed up later in the night. I did get to catch up with my buddy Alex who I haven't seen in over five years. I got to catch up with my friends Marissa, Gabe and Jen. I enjoyed come corned beef (which was amazing) and I ate a limit amount of soda bread, which was difficult as I could have eaten the entire loaf. I was a good boy and only stayed til about 12:30am as I had to be up early for the gym.

It was a fun night of great music, fun friends, delicious foods and all things Irish!!

NerdStrong Gym - Life Challenge

Today was the final workout in an eight week Life Challenge that was happening at NerdStrong Gym. I wasn't a member of the gym then so I didn't do the first one so for me and others who had not done this before it was just a really tough workout.

Last Saturday we did the half Life Challenge and if you remember from my blog I almost died, not really I had a really bad low blood sugar attack. So I was a bit cautious about doing this workout and of course the coaches were looking out for me as well.

We did a good warm up and stretch as we do with every workout. We then partnered up. One person would do the workout while the other "coached" and counted. My partner was Jim and we decided that I would do the workout first.

We had 11 minutes to get as far down the list we could. First up was 150 meter run, then into the gym and start with 30x Air Squats. These weren't a problem, I have air squats down pretty good. I then moved on to Sit Ups.. now these are my Kryptonite, so I was worried but I did a fairly good job getting through those. Afterwards we did Plank Ups. I usually don't mind these but after 30 air squats & 30 sits ups I was getting tired. I stopped a few times but got through it fairly quick. I then moved on to Lunges which were a piece of cake. Next up was Bicycles, these are tough for me because of my stomach. But I do them the best I can. With time running out it was time for Push Ups, like with Sit Ups these are tough for me. I can do a good amount of them but after a while my arms start to die and after all that I had done before I could barely do them. I attacked them five at a time and was at number 35 or 40 when time ran out and the test was over... In all I did 185 reps.

I was hoping to get to the Lunges but surprised myself and I actually almost got through Push Ups. Not bad for my first Life Challenge.

Afterwards I was tired, my arms were dead and I wasn't feeling quite right. I was dizzy when I stood so I sat down and drank some water. The dizziness wasn't going away so I made my way to my car to grab a butterscotch hard candy. I was hoping sugar would help out and it did. Only a few minutes later I was feeling better and just in time as my workout partner Jim returned from his run and was ready to start his workout.

It was a tough workout but a good one. It was a crazy challenge and only a few of the coaches got to a few of the Burpees. If we do it again I hope to do better.. maybe we to Flutter kicks or beyond.

Payday & Cool VFX Video

Woot!!! Today is payday, I haven't gotten a check in a while so it's nice to finally see my checking account increase and not decrease as it has the past few years. This gig pays every two weeks, which is unusual but I'll learn to adjust. On the upside they offer direct deposit so I get my check a day early.

I came across this video of visual effects. It's amazing how far visual effects have come. Some of these shots I would have never guess they were visual shots and not real. Check out the video below.

Star Wars News, LARPs The Series & Eating Enough

In Geek News:

Woot!!! Got a bit a new Star Wars news today. They announced the first stand alone Star Wars film.. and it will be called Rogue One. Gareth Edwards will direct and The Theory of Everything‘s Felicity Jones is “the first actress cast” for the film. Rogue One is scheduled for release on December 16, 2016. That's one year after Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens.

I don't have a clue what this movie is about but if the title is a clue it will obviously have to do with an X-Wing team.. as we all know that Rouge is the call sign used by a pilots in Rogue Squadron, aka the Rebel Alliance’s X-Wing squadron, which Luke was apart of... can't wait to hear more details about this film.

The other bit of news today was the announcement of writer/director Rian Johnson's helming the next Star Wars Movie.. Star Wars: Episode VIII it's also due to be released on the big screen May 26, 2017 which is 40 years and 1 day from when the original Star Wars was released.

Since I donated to the LARPs The Series season two (you can as well HERE). I got access to their Weapons Vault and was able to watch the rest of Season One ahead of the Geek and Sundry release. I'm very happy to say that the episodes do get longer.. six to eight minutes each and I really enjoyed the rest of season one. I like how the characters are developing and the acting is great. After seeing season one I'm really pumped that we are getting a season two.

On the Personal Front:

I'm still struggling with eating enough food to meet my daily goals. It's hard wrapping my mind around the fact that I have to eat a lot more food in order to lose weight. My mind still thinks that eating more food will mean more weight but that's not the case. The fact is eating more protein allows my body to burn more fat when I'm working out. So I must force myself to eat as much as I can to get the necessary amounts of protein, fats and carbs.  The sugar part of this diet is a piece a cake.. I really did think I'd have an issue with the 40 grams of sugar a day.. but so far that's the least of my worries. Luckily my buddy Andrew is taking me shopping this weekend to help beef up my protein intake, show me which foods are high in protein. I'm also planning on buying some protein powder to help with my protein intake.

NerdStrong Gym - :30 Seconds is Hard!!!

Got to NerdStrong Gym bright and early and watched a bit of the previous class which is a good and bad thing. It's nice to know what you are in for but depending on what it is you might not want to know what is coming until it happens. Either way I usual arrive ten minutes or so before my class so I tend to catch the last few minutes.

First thing we did was a run around the parking lot to help get the blood pumping. My friend Erin and I chatted Star Wars while we did that. We then went in and did a bunch of different stretches for the arms, shoulders, and neck.

We start with some Movement Prep. These were new moves for me. But we did Seated Windshield Wipers, then Boot Strappers and finally Band Resisted Squat Holds.

After our movement prep we moved on to our Skill Move. Today we were doing Back Squats. This is when you take a barball with weight and place it on the back of your neck/shoulders and then squat with it. Andrew wanted us to choose a weight that we could do 3 sets of 5 reps and then a bit heavier and do 3 sets of 3. I teamed up with my buddy Derek as we are both about the same height so we don't have to move the barbell up and down. Both Derek and I were able to do our entire set within the allotted time. My max weight was something like 125 lbs.

We did a second Skill Move, this time it was Strict Press. This workout is also using a barbell with weight. But this is all about your arms as you lift the bar/weights over you head. This one was timed and we had to do 3 lifts in :30 seconds. So we were teamed up again and the first person would do their 3 reps in :30 seconds and then the second person would do their three and so on. In the end we did 4 sets each of 3 Strict Press in 8 minutes.

With only a few minutes left in class we did the workout. This workout was four rounds of the following: One :30 second Hollow Hold, this is where you lie on the ground lift you lefts and shoulders off the ground and hold it. We then did a :30 Plank Hold and then finally 8 Bird Dogs, which means you are on all four and lifting your right arm and left leg at the same time and then vice verse. Those took lots of coordination, which I found out I don't have at 7:50am in the morning after doing a good workout. We didn't do alot but man was it tough holding those position for those :30 seconds, especially during out third and fourth round.

Another fun workout... Thanks Andrew!!

Call the Midwife & Star Wars Rebels Season Finales

Tonight I watched two seasons finales.. first was Call the Midwife Season (Series) Four finale. So it's S4 Ep 8, Chummy returns to Nonnatus House. Trixie helps a deaf patient who is concerned that her child may inherit her condition. A patient whose severe sickness is initially dismissed as mere nerves is diagnosed with the serious condition hyperemesis gravidarum but treated with the revolutionary drug thalidomide. Fred's daughter Marlene's interference causes his relationship with Violet to flounder, but with the help of Chummy the couple are reunited and marry. Patsy is heartbroken when Delia is left brain damaged after a traffic accident.

It was great to see Chummy back as I've missed her. I really enjoyed the Deaf mother's storyline and glad it was Trixie and Mary Cynthia who were the midwifes to help, as those are the original midwives and still some of my favorites. I'm glad Trixie's storyline is moving forward, it got pretty dark with her calling a suicide hotline for help but luckily Mary Cynthia was there to help and get her to an AA meeting.

We had a fairly uneventful storyline of a sick mother to be who was cured by the miracle drug thalidomide. And Chummy's storyline of what to do with her mother ashes barely make a mark on this episode. But the Fred's daughter (who's a bitch btw) storyline was okay.. she interferes with Fred and Violets wedding plans but in the end with the help of Chummy sees what she has done and fixes it so Fred marries Violet.

And of course we have Pasty's story. I was super happy to see that they were finally progressing Patsy and Delia's story, they found a place to live and could finally be together and not worry about what people would say. Of course it's short lived as with Willow and Tara (Buffy reference), this lesbian couple isn't meant to have a happy ending. What is worse about this love story is that Delia doesn't die when she is hit by the car, no she suffers brain damage, seizures and amnesia so she doesn't remember the woman she loves... it's heartbreaking.

Over all this season (series) has had some amazing and very dramatic stories. Lots of the characters dealt with a few inner demons. There were laughs, tears and everything in between. I'm sad that it's already over and that we won't see the ladies of Nonnatus House until Christmas for their special and then season (series) five next January.

The second finale I watched was Star Wars Rebels. I actually watched the final two episodes but they were all connected to the previous episode. S1 Ep12 "Rebel Resolve" & Ep13 "Fire Across the Galaxy" After failing to find where Kanan is being detained, Hera is urged by Fulcrum to put the crew of the Ghost into hiding. Against Hera's orders to leave Kanan, Ezra devises a plan to rescue him. He strikes a deal with Vizago and learns that courier droids have been sending messages to and from the Empire due to the destruction of the Imperial communications tower. Meanwhile, Kanan is brought aboard Tarkin's ship where he is tortured by the Inquisitor as the Empire hopes to gain more information about the rebels. The crew of the Ghost eventually learns that Tarkin plans to transfer Kanan to the prison on Mustafar from which no Jedi returns.

The crew of the Ghost seize an Imperial Gozanti-Class Cruiser transport and use a Sabine repainted TIE Fighter that Zeb and Ezra had previously stolen to infiltrate and disable Tarkin's star destroyer in the Mustafar system. Ezra frees Kanan using the duct system while Hera, Sabine and Zeb attempt to secure an escape route. Ambushed in the engine room, Ezra and Kanan vanquish the Inquisitor in a lightsaber duel, critically damaging the engines in the process. Both groups successfully emerge from the doomed destroyer with stolen TIEs, and the stolen transport flown by Chopper appears with a number of other ships including the Ghost to ensure escape into hyperspace. Senator Organa greets the Ghost crew by hologram and Fulcrum, who piloted their ship during the rescue, is revealed to be Ahsoka Tano, who tells the group that they are just one cell out of many working for a larger rebellion. On Lothal following the Inquisitor's death, Tarkin introduces Agent Kallus to another agent selected by Emperor Palpatine to destroy the rebels: Darth Vader.

As I mentioned this was part two and three of the current story arch and I really enjoyed it. I especially liked it because it was a continuing storyline. It reminded me more of how the Clone Wars use to be with multiple episode story arches. I enjoyed these episodes and this first season. But the ending of episode 13 really turned things on it's head. The reveal of Fulcrum being Ahsoka was AWESOME. I mean rumors were abound that this was the case but it was so great seeing her again. Ahsoka was/is one of my favorites from The Clone Wars and her story was tragic and it was so sad when she left mid season five. You always wondered what happened to her.. now will hopefully find out. I do hope they make her more of a regular character in season two. And when the time comes for her EPIC battle with Vader (you know it's going to happen) It will be interesting to see if she knows that Vader is Annikan her former master. And how will Vader feel fighting his once Padawan. Speaking of Vader he was introduced at the very end and seems to be the new "bad" guy going after the Rebels.

And now that the Rebels know that they are only a small part of a bigger picture that's bound to change the feel of the series. Season one was all about these few Rebels giving a good fight on their little planet of Lothal. Getting to know each character and delving a bit into their background. I can't wait to see where they go with season two now that things have changed. Won't have to wait long as Season two starts up soon and we get to see the premiere at Celebration.

First Day Of My New Diet

Yesterday was my first day on this new high protein diet and it really showed me how difficult it's going to be at eating the correct amount of food to hit those numbers. For the next five weeks I'm suppose to eat 1900 calories a day, it's broken down as follows; 25% Carbs, 40% Fats and 35% Protein. I'm also suppose to eat less then 40 grams of sugar a day.

So the results from yesterday are as follows. I did 1690 of my 1900 calories, so I didn't quite make my goal. Of those 1690 calories Carbs came in at 37%, 12 % higher then my goal limit. With Fats I was closer to my goal at 36%. And the most important one Protein, I managed only 27%. As for my sugar intake, which I thought would be the hardest to do, I manged to only take in 30 grams, well below my limit of 40.

Overall I'm happy with the results, I know it's going to take time to figure out the balance of foods. I think the toughest part is the amount of food you have to eat to get these numbers. With every meal I should be eating at least 50 grams of protein, that's like 2 large chicken breasts and I usually just have one. I'm going to have to look into Protein shakes to keep my numbers up. It's going to be a challenge but I'm up for it.

NerdStrong Gym - Taste the Rainbow

Today's workout had a fun theme... "Taste The Painbow" and included an 8 and 20 sided die along with Skittles.

Since this is Wednesday that meant we had coach Blair to dish out the pain today.

This workout was all about "random" and "chance". Blair had a pocket full of Skittles and each color of Skittles were assigned a workout. So Orange we did Burpees, Purple we did Squats, Yellow was sit ups, Red meant Mountain Climbers and finally Green we ran.

And to make it even more random he'd use an 8 & 20 sided die to tell us how many of each of those we had to do. For the harder workouts (Burpees and Runs) he used an 8 sided die and for the rest he used a 20 sider. Luckily he included scale down version of each of these workouts. So if you couldn't do any more Burpees then you could do simple Push Ups and if those were to hard then Knee Ups were fine.

The workout ran for 40 minutes straight, of course we had the option to "rest" if a Green (Run) skittle showed up. Overall the dice were kind to us.. we got a few 20's, 19's and 18's but for the most part we got decent numbers.. even a few low ones like 1, 2 and 4. We did get a few sit ups or squats in a row which was rough, but over all it was a really good workout. And though situps are always tough for me as well as the dreaded Burpees, I did pretty good with the Squats, Mountain Climb and Runs.

And I'm starting to think that the "CON" classes don't mean Conditioning but instead mean Constant as these workouts are relentless.

Thanks Blair for an interesting and totally random way of working out.. it was a blast.

NerdStrong Gym - It's All About TABATA

Since I did my Fix Fax this morning I had to postpone my NerdStrong workout until the evening. So I got off work a bit early just so I could get to the gym on time.

Tonight's coach was head coach Andrew. We started warm ups with a new move called Monkey Walk, these are almost as bad as Squat Walks which we also did. We also did Plank Pulls. These were some tough warm up stretches.

Next we worked on some Skills. We had a time limit of 15 minutes to do as many of these as we could. 1x Ring Controls, these were tough, you see gymnast do them with ease and I use to do these when I was a kid but now it extremely difficult. But I am happy to say I did a few each time but couldn't hold the form for more then a few seconds. Box Dips were a bit easier, we had to do 7 to 10 reps each. And finally the last thing we did for this section I thought it was the easiest.. Situp 2 Straddle, we had to do 15 of those. The goal was to do x5 of each of these with in the allotted time.

Next were TABATA (which means :20 second work, :10 break x8 times) We started with Box Jumps, we paired up for these so one person would jump and then the second and so on. Up until the last few jumps I was doing pretty good. I lost my footing on one of the jumps on almost took a fall but managed to stable myself in time. After the full TABATA we did a half TABATA which meant the same :20 seconds of work, :10 seconds of rest but only 4 reps of each. But these were different as Andrew made us "rest" at the worse possible spot. So we had to do Squats and rest at the bottom, then Push ups and rest at the top and finally Slamballs and rest while the ball was over head. In theory this doesn't sounds tough but after going for almost an hour and then doing these, it was tough. I struggled to finish each :20 seconds, which doesn't sound like a lot of time but man when your tired it feel like an hour.

Overall it was another great workout. Yes it was tough but then we wouldn't be doing the workouts if they were easy. Andrew and team know exactly how hard to push you. Crazy thing about tonight's workout is that I get to come back tomorrow morning and do another workout with Blair (which I know is going to be hell)... can't wait!!

Buffy Turns 18, A New Electra Woman & Tron 3

Today is the 18th anniversary of the TV series that made me an uber fan of Joss Whedon, Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I had seen the movie that this series is based on so I expected something totally different. But all it took was the first episode and I was hooked. The characters were amazing, stories were fun and the humor was Joss-tastic. This was appointment TV for me, I recorded every episode on VHS so I could watch them over and over again. And when they came out on DVD I snapped them up quickly. I have done a few rewatch's of the entire series with friends who had not seen it yet and each time I'm still excited to see the episodes and storyline. This series is definitely in my top 10 of all time favorite TV shows.

Another fun TV show that I use to watch in the 70's was the series Electra Woman and Dyna Girl. Is only had 16 episodes in a single season as part of the umbrella series The Krofft Supershow. I use to watch all those Krofft shows including Dr. Shrinker and WonderBug.

But anyways back to Electra Woman and Dyan Girl. It looks like it's getting a reboot of sorts. Two "famous" You Tubers will be taking on the roles and it looks like this will be a new digital series (which I'm sure will be streaming somewhere). They released a picture of the two leads in their costume and they look pretty good. I'm looking forward to this new series.

It was also announced today that Tron 3 will start shooting in the fall. Since Tron Legacy wasn't a HUGE blockbuster the 3rd movie has been kind of stalled but it looks like things are finally going to start moving forward. I for one am very happy about his news as I really enjoyed Tron and Tron Legacy.

Fit-Fax Body Composition Exam

I was up at 5:30 this morning to head out to Pasadena for my appointment with Sarah from Fit Fax.  Fix Fax is a company that specializes in:
  • Research-grade body composition testing (currently used at the Mayo Clinic, the Olympic Training Center, and the USC Clinical Exercise Research Center).
  • Wellness Engineering (Nutrition and Wellness Coaching)
  • Corporate wellness seminars and fitness challenges
As part of the deal from earlier when my friends bought me two months of NerdStrong Gym membership it also included two trips to Fit Fax. This is my first visit and I'm here for "Fit-Fax Body Composition Exam/Wellness Consultation" In a 30-minute session, they provide you with a body composition exam and thorough explanation of results. They also teach you how your body analytics inform your nutritional needs. For example, your protein needs are based on the amount of lean mass on your body and your BMR tells them how many calories your body needs at rest. This is a great first step in improving your health and fitness direction. You will leave the office empowered with specific goals!

My Wellness coach is Sarah, when I got to the office I was early but the client before me wasn't there yet so we talked for a few minutes. She is one happy person and loves her job and that happiness just rubs off on to you.. you can't help but smile.

Once the client before me was done I entered her office and we talked about my eating habits, my family life, my workouts and my relationship with foods. I then had to stand on this machine called the Inbody 230. You hold on to this two metal bars and from what I understand it sends electrical currents (which you don't feel) through your body and that's how it reads the amount of Water, Lean Mass & Fat Mass you have in your body. It only lasts a few minutes and the results are instant.

She then printed out the results and discussed them with me. This was my favorite part of the consultation. It's interesting to see your body broken down into it's parts. For example my Total Body Water is 91.3l bs, my Dry Lean Mass (bones, muscle and such) is 33.4 lbs and my Body Fat Mass (which includes fat & anything in my intestines, ie food), that was 67.5 lbs for a Total of 192.2 lbs. And just a side note since I promised not to weight myself in March I have lose another 2.3 lbs for a total of 26.8 lbs lost since October 2014.

My Muscle Mass is above average currently at 71.7 lbs of my total body weight.. which I expected since I'm short and stocky.. Sarah had a term for my body type, I'm actually a combination of two body types called Endo-Mesomorph.

I found all this very fascinating, we discussed my weight and she's like me to lose another 20 or so pounds which would bring me down to 175ish. She felt this would be a good weight for my body type. I'm hoping to lose that by the end of the year.

We then moved on to the Nutrition part of the consolation. We calculated my total calorie intake to be 1,900 calories a day. It's broken down to 40% Fat, 35% Protein and 25% Carbs. It's a high protein diet, 650 of those calories need to be from Protein which comes out to 50 grams of protein per meal & 15 grams for snacks. Speaking of snacks she wants to me keep my intake of sugar to only 40 grams a day.

As you all know food has always been my hardest part of losing weight and now that I have a formula that I have to follow I'm hoping it helps, but it's still will power to not eat poorly. I'm using My Fitness Pal (Geekyfanboy if anyone wants to add me to their friends list) this will allow me to see how much I'm eating of each one of these things. I know it's not going to be perfect everyday but all I can do is my best. She wants to see me back in five weeks and check my progress.

Like with the working out I'm hoping eating properly will come second nature. Now that I have a Wellness coach I don't want to disappoint her which should make me work harder at not eating out food or at least not eating the really bad kind. Only time will tell.

Overall this was a fun experience and one that I hope to continue with as I continue to do my workouts at NerdStrong Gym.

New Tomorrowland Trailer

They released a second trailer for Disney's upcoming movie Tomorrowland, which is due to be release this summer. When I heard they were making a movie based on a section of the Disneyland theme park, I was skeptical but I figured there had to be more to it and sure enough there is. I enjoyed the first trailer but they really didn't tell you much about the movie. This trailer actually gives you alot more including some for the storyline and I like it. This is definitely on my list to see when it comes out.

D&D / Pathfinder Time

Today was devoted to RPG Pathfinder. We got off to a late start (an hour behind) as many people couldn't make it on time. Once we started things moved very quickly. We found ourselves in a great hall with three levels, the second and third levels were just landings around the outside of the room so you could see down to the bottom floor.  We saw three tables with people on them drenched in oil with candle operas hanging over them. Some of the group (the Rogues and succubus) didn't care about the hostages and wanted to move on, while several others cared about the people but knew this was a trap and knew if we entered we'd be ambushed and wouldn't be able to save the hostages so we opted to go upstairs and try and surprise the mercenaries but three of our team members rushed into the room causing the candle operas to drop and kill the hostages and almost our team members. This also altered the mercenaries to our presence so they were ready when we entered the second floor and battle commenced.

Dash preparing his Magic Missile
Dash casted "web" and manged to cause a few of the mercenaries to get stuck, he also casted "flaming sphere" and lite a few of the mercenaries on fire. This battle took most of the night but we didn't lose that much HP, I think we were equally matched. Then Ginnion (Will's character) decided to go to the third floor and he encountered three Goblins. After a few rounds he requested some help and since we had taken care of most of the mercenaries on the second level, several of us went up to the third level to help him out. Dash casted Phantasmal Killer spell and with some lucky rolls created an illusion that scared a Goblin to death.. it was pretty EPIC!!

Once the second floor mercenaries were death the rest of the team joined us on the third level and the succubus decided to open a door that groans were coming from and we found the twin brothers in charge of the mercenaries using magic to reanimate some dead corpses and that's where the session ended... dun dun dun!!!

Great stuff, thanks again to our DM Dallas who had extra duty since we split into two groups and two different battles in two different rooms. Not sure what's going to happen next since Dash has depleted quite a bit of my spells and it looks like we are going up against two very powerful magic users... should be fun.

NerdStrong Gym - Carrying the Banner

Sunday at NerdStrong means Themed workouts. Today's was all about Newsies. I've never seen the movie or play so I don't really understand the tie in but I loved all the drawings and the workout was pretty great.

We had to team up for this one in teams of two. I was partnered with Marla (who happens to be co-owner of the gym with her husband Andrew, she's also expecting a little baby boy in September).

What was great about this workout is that while one person did the workout the other person just didn't stand there.. they had to hold a weighted club out in front of them next to you. We started with the Farm Walk, which requires you to carry two kettlebells and walk 150 meters while your partner holds out the 10 pound club and walked besides you. I went first and then Marla went. We then moved to the Sandbag Pulls. For this you had a 40 pound sandbag on the end of one of the battleropes and you had to squat and pull the bag to you. You then had to shoulder press it up and walk it back, lay it down and do it over again. We spent 2 minutes on each workout for a total of 4 minutes for the group before getting a minute rest. After the sandbag pulls we moved onto Plyo Pushups. For these they are just regular push ups but you do them against a box and when you come up you clap. These weren't to bad until you get about a minute in and then your arms start to burn... For our final event we had was the Lemon Squeezes, these were by far the worst/hardest things we did. You sit on your butt and lean back without falling over and then pull your knees to your chest while bringing your arms around the knees. I could do three or four of these before my back started hurting and I had to put my feet down.

Overall it was a great but short workout, we actually had about 20 minutes of extra time so we did some group stretches and then just hung out and chatted for a bit. #GoodTimes
