Life With a Dog

Since we got the dog and she can't really be left alone so we haven't gone out much. We did a birthday party (Happy Birthday Dave). And we continue to have our TV night.. and since Firefly was over we started to watch the Harry Potter Movies. Work is going well. We our coming to an end. Our first episode has aired and is doing well. We have finished the first two episodes and close to finishing our third. Continued conversation with my Dad's family.

Family / Comic Con / Harry Potter

Continued to talk with my Dad's family. Spoke with my 2nd Cousin Susan and continued to talk with Gail and Juana.. Daisy is adjusting to home life with us. Work is fine, busy but good..but from July 14th to July 17th is San Diego Comic Con 2005. Went down with some friends and had a great time. If you want to read more check out what my friend Tom created. On the last day of the Comic Con I met for the first time a memeber of my Dad's family. They live down on San Diego and My Dad, Brother, Lora and I met up with them down there and had lunch. It was wonderful like we have known them our entire life. We all had a great time. Also this month Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince came out while we were down in San Diego. So at midnight my friends and I went to Ralphs supermarket and stood in line.. yes there was s line and bought the new book. Started to read and after 11 days I finished.. Wow what a fantastic book and series.

Finding Family

It's the 2nd Anniversary of Harry and My first meeting (in person). Started TV nights at our place. First up is the series Firefly. Work is good.. busy and stressful but great experience. The Hard drive on my computer crashed and we lost everything. Luckly I backed up in Jan 05 but we still lost all of our vacation pictures, off road pictures and everything we took from Jan to June. I was devestated.. but also on that day I found my Dad's long lost Family. My Dad was adopted when he was six months old and only knew of one name of his biological family. I managed to find this person in Hawaii and wrote him and he called me back right before my computer crashed. On June 11th my Dad's Uncle Tom called me. I have also talked with my Dad's Aunt Juana and her daughter, my second cousin Gail. I started to learn more about my Dad's side of the family. I was dad was so excited to finally know his family.

Star Wars and Doggies

Star Wars Episode III started. Saw it and loved it. Not the best but not the worse. A good ending to a great series that change me life forever. On May 21st our family grew by one. We got a new little girl doggie named Daisy. Check out her webpage from my main page. She's a handfull.

New Job

Went to California Adventure (Harry's first time) and Magic Mountain this month. At the end of April I finally found a job as Post Production Supervisor for a new six episode TV series for the new LOGO network (this is a new Gay Network that starts up in July). This job should last till September.

Star Trek The Experience

I have been sick most of the month and am just now starting to feel better. Harry and I went to Disneyland, this was Harry's first time. We had some fun, but we both enjoy the roller coasters of Magic Mountain. And I am currently looking for a new job. End of March brought us Harry's Birthday and he wanted to go to Vegas.. so off we went for three days. Had a great time.

Time Off

My job ended with Max Post, Monster Nation ran it's course and now was over. So since I was jobless I decided to have some fun. Kevin, Dave, Harry and I all went skiing the first weekend of Feb. It was fun, it was 15 years since I had skiied but I did pretty good. Harry and I went on Vacation up north to San Francisco and Lake Tahoe, you can read more about our adventures by going to my main webpage and clicking on the link. It was a crazy vacation with sickness and weather but we made the best of it.

Our First Christmas

This was a busy month, Harry and I had lunch with my Aunt Marsha, Uncle Robert, Cousin Miranda and husband, and Cousin Jennifer and husband at Disneyland's Goofy's Kitchen. Harry and I went to Magic Mountain with Kevin and Dave, we had a really good time. We went to my Family Christmas Party, where everyone got to meet Harry. And this was the first Christmas that Harry and I actually got to spend together.

Star Trek The Experience

We tried to get Harry's eye's fixed (laser) but there was an irregularity in one of his eyes and they said they couldn't do the operation, we were bummed. For Halloween we went to Las Vegas for the weekend and stayed at the Las Vegas Hilton. I had gotten the Star Trek special and we had a really good time.

My Birthday

I turned 34 this month.. it was much more low key then the year before. I had dinner with a few friends. It was a nice quite birthday. Harry made me a cake and bought me flowers, it was very sweet.

Comic Con

Harry and I went up to my Mom's cabin up in Green Valley Lake for a weekend. It was a nice relaxing weekend. I went to the San Deigo International Comic Con with my friend Tom. Saw the cast of Firefly, found out the title of the next Star Wars film along with seeing Carrie Fisher and Hayden Christianson. We had a really good time.

Harry Potter

I was very excited that Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban opened in movie theaters. Harry and I went to Los Angeles Gay Pride with some friends.. We had a really good time.

Madonna in Concert

Harry and I went and saw Madonna in concert with some friends. I had a great time.. I thought she was a great performer. We also went to the Long Beach Gay Pride.

Post Production Supervisor

Had our Apartment Warming Party. Got annual pass to Magic Mountain, went several times this month. I started my new job at Max Post, instead of being an Assisitant Editor I am now Post Production Supervisor of one of there new shows called Monster Nation.

Star Trek The Experience

Watched my friends Dave, Chad and Mark run in the LA Marathon. The 26th is Harry's birthday so I took him to Las Vegas for his birthday weekend. We had a really good time. We love Star Trek The Experience.

New Apartment

Harry and I got a new apartment in Sherman Oaks.. it's great a two bedroom, 2 1/2 baths townhome

Finally Together

It's been a while since I updated my blog section. January was a good month. Harry finally moved to the U.S. to be with me. Now we can start our life together

It's My Party...

I turned 33 this month and I threw myself a big birthday party. My friends Chris and Mark allowed me to use there house which has a pool. It was a lot of fun. Harry was visiting at the time so he was there..YAY!! My Mom and Dad both showed up. Alot of friends were there it was a good time.

Finding True Love

Harry is gone.. stayed two wonderful weeks. We had the best time together. I think he is the one for me. No.. I know he is the one for me. Can't wait for him to come back.

It's Meant To Be

Well Harry came to visit for the first time.. after talking online for months and falling in love over the computer we had to see if the chemistry was still there in person... and it was :)

New Love

Got an response to my personal ad on Yahoo. This sounds like the perfect guy the only problem is he is living in Austria. Can't wait to see how this works out!!!

Xanadu Sing Along

I spent the first few weeks of July recovering from my vacation.. I got sick three days after getting back home.. Middle of July I finally got better. Went to a Xanadu Sing Along. had a great time. Saw some Outfest movies. Went to San Diego Pride with some friends the last weekend in July.. had a really good time.

Vacation to the East Coast

June was a great month.. finally took care of my car.. they wanted it for two weeks and since I was taking my three week vacation I figured that would be the best time for them to fix it. So $2000 later, I got my car fixed. Took my vacation.. had the best time on my vacation.. if you want to see pictures and here more go to my main page and follow the links.

Movies, Movies and More Movies

I'm still dealing with my car.. Well it's been a big movie month.. first came out Spiderman.. saw it several times.. love it.. and then the big one... Star Wars Episode Two - Attack of the Clones. Saw it opening day, twice...I really enjoyed it.. saw it several more times that month. Still working on my vacation plans.

Magic Mountain

I'm still dealing with my car.. such a headache. Took my cousin Mathew to Magic Mountain.. had a great time. An internet friend stop by at the end of the month and hung out with me for a few days.. showed her around town.

Tree on Car

Well March has been an intresting month.. Everything was moving along normally but then BAM!!! One day I was chatting on the computer and heard my car alarm go off. It was windy outside so I figured "Wow" it's really windy out there to make my alarm go off.. I headed toward my patio window to make sure everything was alright when I noticed that the big tree that is normally in front of my patio window was gone. I thought for a moment.. "Where did my tree go" and sure enough when I got to my patio window and looked down at my car.. there was the tree.. sitting on top of my car. The following weeks were a headache.. their insurance company wouldn't cover the accident cause "it was an act of God" The Story continues....

Planning a Trip

Nothing really to report, just your everyday events.. visiting friends and family. The only big thing I have to report for the month of Feb. would be I did my taxes. After hearing how much I would be getting back along with my last year refund I decided to make plans for my east coast trip.

Job Moved

Nothing really to report, just your everyday events.. visiting friends and family. The big things that happened last month would be that Van Ness Films has moved it's location. I now work in Culver City. I hope there's more to report next month.

It's a New Year

Well it's a new year... 2002 can you believe it. Nothing really new to report. I'm working hard, hoping to progess in my career this year.
