Whoo hooo made it to day 100. Can't believe I've been working out for 100 days now and sticking to it. I've had my ups and downs but for the most part it's been a great experience.
Since it's Monday I weight myself this morning 204.5
30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical
4 sets of 10 on the chest fly for my chest (75 lbs)
4 sets of 10 on the curl arm for my biceps (45 lbs)
4 sets of 10 working on my back (75 lbs)
4 sets of 10 for shoulders (45 lbs)
4 sets of 10 on the front leg press (45 lbs)
4 sets of 10 on the free weight (110 lbs)
So I am at my lowest so far since I've been trying to lose weight. 4.5 lbs to go before I hit my goal to get below 200 by years end. Today's work out was great, no issues with cardio and I'm liking my 4 'sets' now, feel like I'm really getting a good weight training workout... and I have to say my arms are looking pretty good. I'm starting to get "cut" and I've never been able to get "cut" before. Can't wait to see what the next 100 days has in store for me.
