"Get Fit" Week 13

Well it finally happened I dropped below 200lbs. I have not been below 200 pounds in over eight years. Now the hard part is keeping myself below 200 lbs and continuing to lose weight. My next goal is to try and lose 1 pound every week. I know it will be hard but if I don't set myself goals I don't know if I will push myself as much as I should. My current weight is 198.5.
