A Healthier Me - Day 10

Just finished my work out.. had to do it late again as it was over 100 degrees out here and then a thunder and lightening storm moved in. So no jogging for me. But finally at 9pm it was cool enough, 85 degrees, for me to work out.

Workout for Today:

30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical
3 sets of ten on the chest fly for my chest (60 lbs)
3 sets of ten on the curl arm for my biceps (45 lbs)
3 sets of ten on the free weight (90 lbs)
3 sets of ten for both arms, working on my triceps (60 lbs)

Had a slow start but once I got going the time flew by.

  1. Good work Kenny. Thank you for sharing. I find that sometimes the best way to get some energy is just to get up. So much easier said than done. You are doing great. Keep it up.

  2. You have to remember that at the moment you are excited as you just started. The excitement will not last for very long and thats when you will have to be strong. I speak from my own experience. I nearly quit, but decided to do it no matter what and now I'm just as fit as I could ever be.

    For most people the starting is the hardest part, and you have done it. Good job and keep on going! We know you can do it :)

    I've been a little lazy myself the past few days since it's been so hot. I have to do everything in the mornings and then I give up on doing anything in the evening. SO HOT here in GA...and sticky. Ew.

    Gratz on pressing onward. I hear it gets easier after all the soreness is over. Hehe. Onward and Upward!
