A Healthier Me - Day 46

Did a half hour walk around the park with Daisy.

Today's Workout:

15 minutes of cardio on the elliptical
3 sets of 10 for shoulders (45 lbs)
3 sets of 10 on the front leg press (45 lbs)
3 sets of 10 on squats (110 lbs)

It's so hot and humid here.. there is thunder and lightening and I was sweating so bad that I only managed 15 minute on the elliptical before I called it quits. I figure with my 30 minute walk I got my cardio in. I know it's just an excuse but I was really struggling today. I was hoping this working out thing would get easier as I go and I do have my good days but some days I have to use all the strength I have to get my butt out there. Will this ever get any easier????

    Great to see that you're keeping it up!
    I'm still keeping up with my yoga ball activities. My eating would be perfect if I would drop sugar all together. I don't see that happening though. I enjoy a piece of chocolate now and then. I have a bag of those miniature chocolate bars that I keep in the bottom on my fridge for when I desire them. It's safe since I can just pull out a piece or two and walk away.
