Plot Summary: The attempted theft of penicillin from the 4077th by a group of suspected black marketeers brings Col. Flagg to investigate. He comes up with a “brilliant” idea of trading penicillin for information. When Flagg is diagnosed with appendicitis, he comes to understand the critical importance of the medication.
